The venue is St. Mary’s Church.  Seating is reversed for the concerts and a specially constructed stage is erected at the West End. Seats are booked in advance and are numbered and reserved. Booking starts approximately eight weeks before the first concert.

The Box Office maintains a large database of those interested in receiving details of the Festival. Ticket application forms are posted to Benefactors, Friends and others on the database in the period from two months to four weeks before the Festival. A booking form can also be downloaded from this website when public booking has opened. It is regretted that we are unable to accept telephone bookings and payment needs to be by cheque or cash.

The Festival Office telephone will be activated during normal office hours if a Festival takes place.

Priority Booking

Timescales may make Friends Priority Booking impractical this year.

Please note the Office is run by volunteers and is not manned full time – replies to the contact form and telephone messages will normally be answered within 48 hours.

Seating Plan

235 chairs are set out. The seating plan below shows the general layout of 120 seats in the Nave, 18 in the Chancel and the remainder are beside the stage and in the Aisles and have a partially restricted view.

Booking Form

This year’s Booking Form is being posted to all those on our mailing lists and is available for download on this page and the end of May.

The Form contains information of the various performances throughout the festival.
